We’re Playsoft, a mobile game development company of 40 based in Gdansk, Poland. We’ve been around for 12 years working exclusively in mobile games, developing our own IPs and working with top publishers like EA, Square Enix, Scopely, Nickelodeon, Konami and many more.

We are looking for a Game Designer

Responsibilities:

 Invent and design games
 Design and balance f2p mobile game economy, logic and mechanics (level progression, rewards, item costs etc.)
 Optimize and drew up new ways of game monetization through data driven analysis
 Create specification for developers and designers (DesignDocs, StoryBoards) and internal design documentation
 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Graphic Designers, Game Developers, Product Owners)
 Stay up to date with the mobile game design trends and players preferences

Requirements:

 Work experience in a game company on a Game Designer position
 Experience in creating games with a F2P monetization system (in-app purchase), that have been published
 Thorough understanding of current mobile games market as well as f2p business model and monetization mechanics
 Passion for gaming
 Ability to define, communicate and explain complex ideas and concepts in a concise, clear, easy to understand language
 Fluency in English
