Art Director (Marketing Dept.)

Art Director must bring consistently high artistic standards to both his/her work and that of the Art team, defining the artistic vision whilst being part of a team driving the creative content and visual language that defines characteristics of VG's brand personality.

What are your duties?

• Establishing and polishing a unified artistic vision, style and quality standards of graphic designs promoting games from VG’s portfolio,
• advise, direct, and facilitate internal and external teams in development of art content,
• mentor and challenge creative team to push creative boundaries and increase skill sets,
• being responsible for creative quality assurance and integrity of marketing assets,
• creating world class assets (visual identification, game icons, logos, artworks, concept art).

What should you offer?

• 3+ years of experience in art direction, preferably at the advertising agency,
• must demonstrate a high creativity level, knowledge of a range of Art/Design styles and up-to-date with current visual trends,
• in-depth mastery of 2D and 3D art and animation packages, including 3ds Max, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Blender, Zbrush,
• fluent English,
• strong communication skills that provide flawless, cross-functional collaboration on both business and creative field,
• experience in working with, overseeing, and collaborating with creative teams.
• strong leadership abilities and interpersonal confidence,
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and highly energetic environment,
• passion for gaming.
