For our new, unannounced project – we are looking for a highly experienced person to join our team in Warsaw for the position of:

Level Artist

Responsibilities:

• Concepting game locales in collaboration with; Concept Artists, Game/Level Designers, Narrative Designers and Cutscene Artists.
  
• Create within a full development cycle, from prototyping to finalizing levels, polishing and optimization.
• Working on asset lists and corresponding whiteboxes/greyboxes.
• Working in CryEngine Editor.

Requirements:

• At least three years experience working as a Level\Environment Artist.
• At least one shipped AAA game and experience completing a full development cycle.
• Understanding of optimization and rendering process’ in a modern game engine like CryEngine or UE.
• You are a visual thinker and pays close attention to aesthetics.
• Self motivation and passion for building new worlds.
• Ability to set time estimates for yourself,and can effectively commit to deadlines.
• A Good knoweledge of “Game Art” and industry best practices.
• Above Average collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

• Experience with 3D Software like 3ds Max/Maya and World Machine.
• Basic sketching skills, which would be helpful in presenting your ideas.
• Basic knowledge about architectural styles.
