Currently we are looking for a person to join us as a:

QA ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER

QA Assistant Team Leader is an aspiring Team Leader who makes their first steps in managing a team and would like to develop in this direction. Such person works closely with a Project Manager or an experienced Team Leader who act as mentors. After gathering experience and positively completing the trial period, such person is offered a full-grown Team Leader’s position.

THE PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Leading a project team and organizing their work
• Delegating tasks to testers and ensuring tasks’ execution
• Sharing experience with new employees
• Preparing stage reports, test plans, test cases and project documentation
• Handling communication with the clients in English.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video games QA
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English (C1), that allows to create spotless reports and handle day to day communication with the clients
• Very good knowledge of functional testing procedures
• Ingenuity, proactiveness and willingness to improve
• Resistance to stress and ability to operate in a dynamic working environment
• High motivation and morale, and ability to motivate others.

NOT A MUST BUT STRONG ADVANTAGE

• Experience in leading a team
• Familiarity with linguistic or compliance testing procedures.
