What are your duties?

* Increase the value of the product
* optimize Total Cost of Ownership,
* use metrics and data to make decisions,
* create and present product vision, strategy and roadmap,
* achieve the revenue, profit and operational goals set for the product,
* ensure standards for product quality are met,
* set clear short, mid- and long-term metrics and goals for the product,
* create a strong team culture that effectively works towards product vision, strategy and goals,
* interact regularly with upper management to keep abreast of corporate plans,
* cooperate with Analytics, Marketing, R&D departments.

What should you offer?

* 2+ years of proven leadership experience within the games industry as a Product Owner,
* aproven production track record within the F2P industry, with at least one commercial success out on the market,
* an experienced eye for user experience and the willingness to create the best player experience,
* a deep understanding of how retention and monetization are driven on mobile,
* strong focus on feedback, to the team, peers and the board,
* a good understanding of agile software development methods,
* strong communication skills with the ability to align people to an overall vision,
* socially intelligent especially in working with creative teams and navigating conflicting priorities,
* apassion for video games,
* fluent English both in written and oral.
