Senior Bussiness Intelligence Analyst
Location: Szczecin

Your responsibilities:

• preparing, clearing and presenting large and complex data sets,
• analyzing information from millions of players in search of performance changes, patters, abnormalities,
• skillfully drawing conclusions and providing recommendations for further development of games and features,
• cooperating with product teams to deliver analyses with insights in relevant metrics,
• checking the performance of functionalities, preparing dashboards based on "Tableau" as well as - valuable reports.

Our requirements:

• meaningful analytical experience of 3 year minimum,
• excellent MS Excel skills,
• strong practical SQL syntax skills,
• English fluency,
• an eye for detail and ability to think creatively to effectively solve problems,
• management of large amounts of data to analyze and produce valuable insights,
• good communication and teamwork skills,
• self-discipline and great organizational skills.

• previous experience with tools such as Tableau, R, Python, VBA,
• professional experience in a similar position in the gaming industry,
• passion for games: understanding of a mobile game's life cycle, social behaviors and economy,
• familiarity with Monetization, Consumer Psychology, statistics and economy,
• general knowledge of KPIs for mobile applications.
