As a User Happiness Manager you will:
- deeply care about user experience and solving users problems is your natural reflex,
- listen to users voice attentively and proactively identify improvement areas,
- be a great boss and leader who knows how to motivate and mentor a dispersed team,
- use big picture thinking and recommend applicable solutions.
And to do so you:
- have passion for gaming and gaming communities (not optional!),
- have min. 2 years of experience in a relevant role,
- have min. 1 year of experience in people management,
- have advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills,
- have strong communication skills,
- speak English & Polish fluently.
