Game Designer

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design brilliantly aesthetic solutions to our mechanics to join our growing Polish Studio in Browar Lubicz, Krakow.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the game design vision and providing direction to the wider team during development and beyond. Ideally the candidate will have a couple of years of gaming or iGaming experience, but we’re open to meeting anyone brilliant.

Key skills:

• Exciting portfolio of great game titles, ideally with casino or mobile/social focus
• Strong visual communicator, never short of inspiration or running with someone else’s idea
• Highly driven and self-motivated team player
• Technically minded, with proficiency in discipline-critical tools to visualize your ideas
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
• Drawing and Illustration skills

Nice to have:

• In depth knowledge of slot design and game trends
• Experience working in professional game production cycle, including working with Producers, Prototypers and Artists

Objectives:

• Owning and creating a detailed Game design document that is easy to understand for all key stakeholders
• Create Mockups that the development teams base their development on
• Create Concepts and Designs that the Graphical department will base their work on
• Be a Champion of the end user experience
