What are your duties?

• Schedule and facilitate the Scrum process,
• being the servant leader of the team and helping them create the most exciting, fun, and profitable game,
• guide and coach the team to become self-organized,
• remove impediments,
• assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information,
• facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution,
• be responsible for supporting and coaching the Product Owners on Agile/Scrum practice,
• learning and sharing about Agile,
• coordinating the creation and maintenance of a corporate collaboration culture with the other Scrum Masters.

What should you offer?

• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory,
• scrum master/scrum practitioner certificate is advantageous,
• good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency,
• good understanding of the software development process,
• excellent communication and mentoring skills,
• a passion for agile and lean ways of working,
• leadership skills and the ability to influence and persuade, and maintain a high energy environment.
