THE VISION

CD PROJEKT RED was born out of raw passion for video games. Founded in 2013, the Cracow studio functions as a creatively independent studio working closely with the Warsaw team on it’s core properties including Cyberpunk 2077.

CD PROJEKT RED combines work in a dynamic and highly creative environment with the possibility to directly influence development of critically acclaimed AAA video games. If you are able to communicate with people as efficiently as you do with your computer, join us!

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL

• Creating high-quality humanoid characters and item assets.
• Working closely with Animation and Technical departments.
• Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Solid experience as a Character Artist – at least 3 years in-house work.
• Proven success in creating outstanding characters in AAA game.
• Strong modeling and texturing skills in a diverse visual range of characters and creatures.
• Strong understanding of human form and anatomy.
• Software: Zbrush, Maya, Photoshop, Substance Painter (or similar programs).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently within a team.
• Ability to easily communicate in English.
• Traditional sculpture, drawing or painting skills are a plus.
• Skinning rigging and animating skills are a plus.
