Motion Designer

We are looking for an expert using Adobe After Effects and Premier to produce dynamic motion graphics and engaging video promotions. You are also an experienced animator, leveraging After Effects to bring 2D assets to life for use in a video pipeline. This is a key role for our team and an opportunity to work with one of the best Polish mobile game studios. We are looking for someone willing to push quality, creativity and storytelling to deliver impactful video content to our new mobile titles.

What are your duties?

• Work closely with Performance Marketing Team to conceptualize and execute animations and video content for Vivid’s marketing campaigns across digital mobile media,
• design or augment new or existing videos to be implemented in our mobile marketing campaign strategy,
• localize video creatives in various sizes and languages,
• composite 3D assets and visual effects into live action footage,
• help improve workflow and advocate best practice,
• ability to solve problems and communicate feedback to external teams,
• successfully produce concurrent and competing projects in a fast-paced environment,
• ensuring a high level of quality in the final product,
• estimating the time required for tasks assigned and completing them in the timeframe given.

What should you offer?

• 1+ years experience in creating engaging 2D animated trailers and video promotions,
• experience incorporating sound design, effects and music,
• proficient in the use of editing and compositing software such as Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
• ability to effectively present ideas - both verbally and visually
• strong communication skills with an ability to take constructive feedback, and work collaboratively in a team oriented environment
• ability to be proactive and take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight.
