Social Media & Community Manager

Robot Gentleman, the independent games developer responsible for the dark comedy atomic adventure 60 Seconds! and currently working on its spin off 60 Parsecs!, is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Social Media & Community Manager to join our studio in Poznań, Poland.

You are:
• An open-minded, creative person
• A gamer always looking for new stories to play
• A professional with a passion for indie games

So far you have:
• Worked as a community manager for at least 3 years on commercial projects
• Enjoyed working in a team

Your skills include:
• Fluent (preferably native level) English
• Proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Docs & Spreadsheets)
• Hands on experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Understanding of social media and gaming community
• Knowledge of popular social media and community tools (Discord, Slack, Buffer, Hootsuite etc.)
• Understanding of Steam ecosystem (experience in working with community via Steam is a plus)
• Knowledge of the games industry and current gaming trends
• Experience in work with marketing agencies

We offer:
• Full-time, on-site position in Poznań
• Contract form negotiable, any contract form comes with 24 days of paid leave of absence
• Additional vacation time during Christmas time
• Salary between 4 000 and 5 500 PLN (net) - open to negotiations depending on skills and experience
