Reality Games is a product company divided into two sectors: Mobile Gaming and Big Data.
We are one of the first movers on the market - creating a new genre of mobile games – games based on Big Data as content. We have launched our prototype that managed to get global traction of 10 mln players, and helped us to build a team of 50 people.

We are looking for a Game Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Support 2 upcoming projects in F2P model based on Geo-Location and data from the world,
• Developing and balancing all of our gaming features,
• (In the future) Developing your own ideas for games based on the sources like Social Media, Government Databases or NASA!

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience in designing F2P mobile games with at least 1 title shipped as a designer,
• Excellent Excel knowledge,
• Passion for games,
• Fluent English,
• Desire to co-create unique games based on Big Data,
• Ability to write coherent documentation for developers and other designers,
• Ability to work and draw conclusions based on analytics and in game data,
• Willing to work hard and be rewarded for it,
• Crazy, mad, overambitious ideas are a must! ;)

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge about UX,
• Basic Unity knowledge,
