DoDo4Story Games is an independent video games development studio based in Warsaw, Poland – founded in 2012. We are a team of highly-talented and very passionate video game developers specialized in creating VR and Mobile games.

We have the knowledge and resources to provide the most amazing Virtual Reality experiences. So far we have released an ultimate football simulator – Turbo Soccer VR and Turbo Soccer Mobile.

Currently we are working on the biggest and the most innovative project – but we don’t want to spoil the surprise just yet 🙂
Our plan for the near future is to release and grow our core project – and create the most satisfying content for it and also to continue releasing Mobile games such as Ninja Cat (game under development).

Currently we are looking for a very creative and well organized person for the PRODUCER position - Don't wait JOIN US!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• management of the AR/VR games production
• cooperation with the teams of developers and graphic designers
• working on the several projects simultaneously
• taking care of the realization of the work schedule and keeping a task backlog
• ability to work in the Agile methodology

EXPECTATIONS

• at least 3 years of experience on the similar position
• proven track of at least one game released
• knowledge and understanding of the game development and releasing process
• excellent knowledge and understanding of a gaming industry and trends especially VR games
• high level of creativity and ability to find non-obvious solutions
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• excellent time management - working on several projects
• experience with AR/VR projects will be a plus

• zarządzanie produkcją gier AR/VR
• współpraca z zespołami programistów, grafików, designerów
• praca nad kilkoma projektami jednocześnie
• zagwarantowanie integralności projektu i osiąganie założonych celów
• praca w metodyce Agile

OCZEKIWANIA

• przynajmniej 3 lat doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
• przynajmniej jednej wydanej gry
• zrozumienia każdego aspektu tworzenia i wydawania gry komputerowej
• doskonałej znajomości rynku gier, obecnie panujących trendów, a w szczególności gier VR
• dużej kreatywności i umiejętności znajdowania niekonwencjonalnych rozwiązań
• wysokiej komunikatywności i świetnej organizacji czasu pracy
• umiejętności zarządzania i dokumentowania kilku projektów jednocześnie
• mile widziane doświadczenie przy projektach AR/VR
