THE VISION

CD PROJEKT RED is currently looking for an experienced and talented Concept Artist who is ready to work on the cutting edge concepts for our upcoming projects.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL

• Creation of high quality game concept art
• Attending reviews, taking feedback and iterating on concepts if needed
• Exchanging artistic directions
• Collaborating closely with Artists, Story and Design teams

Qualifications

• Excellent environment concept art skills (with focus on hard surface)
• An eye for perspective, color, lighting and atmosphere
• A minimum of 2 years inhouse experience (game development industry or other)
• Strong understanding of composition, form, lighting, and color
• Solid foundation in traditional art, such as figure drawing, industrial design, landscape painting and illustration
• Ability to easily communicate in English
• Readiness to take responsibility for the projects
• Openness for constant feedback and sharing knowledge with other concept artists
• Working experience in a wide variety of styles but also ability to work within an established genre
• Passion for Cyberpunk atmosphere!
