Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for experienced and professional Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for recruitment activities to ensure we hire qualified employees who meet our company’s current and future needs. Ultimately a Recruitment Specialist will be actively sourcing and headhunting candidates through different tools and opportunities for all company’s locations.

Responsibilities:

• Planning recruitment strategy for each position and execute it

• Planning and coordinating recruitment activities

• Coordinating with team leaders to forecast future hiring needs

• Cooperating with external recruitment companies

• Sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions

• Conducting the recruitment processes, preparing job descriptions, conducting meetings, managing the database of candidates, preparing reports on candidate profiles

• Supporting and guiding candidates through the recruiting process, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, timely feedback

• Cooperating with external recruitment companies

• Project management for recruitment related initiatives

• Participating in job fairs and career events

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment

• Have proven and successful experience in recruiting qualified candidates in IT

• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes

• Experience in working in a partnership model with vendors and headhunters

• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines

• Experience in conducting initial screening of CVs and interviews for a wide range of positions

• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

• Good time-management skills

• Fluent English and Polish (both written and spoken)

Preference to applicants with:

• Experience in recruiting and relocating candidates from outside of Poland

• Previous game dev experience

• Passion for games
