Senior Product Manager

Since 2015, their focus has primarily been mobile, and we have grown to 300 million installs, with the growth being 95% organic!

As the Senior Product Manager , you will be responsible for a portfolio of native mobile games within the Live-Game-Operations team. In addition, you will work closely with Game Development, Licensing, Channel Management, Marketing and Mobile Departments.

The core tasks and responsibilities of this position include:

Managing new and/or existing products in close cooperation with Game Development
Collaborating with external and internal mobile game developers to ensure quality, branding and content guidelines are followed
Managing the end-to-end content update process
Using analytics-based decision making processes to review purchase behavior and to optimize game performance
Analyzing, reporting, and growing end-user revenues
Optimizing conversion of players to paying users
Collaborating with game studios to guarantee the creation of fun, engaging, and high-ARPU virtual goods
Successfully submitting and managing Android and iOS games in third party distribution channels such as the Apple AppStore and Google Play/Android Market
Taking the lead with cross promoting the mobile games from web, mobile web, in-game and other promotion and discovery channels in order to maximize the number of installs
Analyzing and Optimizing the mobile games portfolio across the distribution channels using various tracking and analytics tools
Competitive research and benchmarking our Client’s performance against its key competitors
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of work experience in mobile game product management
Passionate about mobile games and game design
Analytical, goal-oriented, ambitious, and pragmatic
Hands-on pro-active problem solver
Proven track record in product management for games
Experience with metrics-driven decision making and monetization
Experience with online and mobile promotions
Experience managing mobile games
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
