We are located in London, Krakow and Helsinki - this particular role is based in our Krakow office.

The Role

As part of the QA team you’ll be responsible for taking the amazing games from our development partners and making sure they’re as polished as possible before release.

You will create and follow test plans and testing guides for outsource partners, test all areas of a wide range of games. Furthermore you will create clear and detailed bug reports, process all regression and work with the Customer Service and Community teams to investigate player raised issues.

The Ideal Candidate

Required

• 2 years experience, either embedded in a studio or as outsource

• Flexible and able to multitask between several projects

• Self organised, able to weigh up priorities and act accordingly

• Passionate gamer, with experience in different game genres

• Experience with mobile & console games

• Passion for quality and a keen eye for detail

• Strong English communication skills

• Experience with various bug tracking softwares

Bonus

• Experience working with outsource QA teams

• Knowledge of Jira specifically

• Friendly and a team player

• Knowledge of platform compliance standards, XRs, TRCs, etc

• Ability to create Test Plans from both builds and design documentation

• We have a small QA team and will be building it over the course of the year, experience with helping to onboard new staff would be beneficial, but not essential
