Head of Production

Anshar Studios is looking for talented Head of Production to join our team on site in Katowice, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Project management in SCRUM or KANBAN system (facilitating the entire process) – depending on the project
• Being responsible for on time and on budget delivery in the parameters and powers given by the Studio Head
• Being responsible for enhancing existing and creating new production practices for the entire studio
• Handling 2-3 projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of game industry experience in a similar position (producer, team leader, scrum master etc.)
• Minimum 2 credited commercially released titles
• Good understanding of the SCRUM methodology
• Good understanding of the video game development process
• Perfect communication skills
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level)

Pluses:

• Passion for video games
• Education in related fields (video game creation or management)
• Previous experience as a video game developer (QA, programmer, artist, designer etc.)
