We're looking for Senior Narrative Designer.

Your responsibilities:

• finding interesting ways to communicate outside standard dialogues,
• finding new ways to tell meaningful story by using unusual channels,
• taking responsibility for the game narrative layer,
• ensuring that the story supports main themes in the game,
• creating arcs for characters that support main themes,
• working with other designers to ensure coherent world, both on system and narrative side,
• owning the story bible and narrative vision for the project,
• working closely with project leads to ensure that the project changes are reflected in the story.

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of professional experience on similar position,
• at least one shipped title,
• knowledge of design fundamentals (systems, enviro storytelling, player agency ect.),
• excellent writing skills,
• strong communication skills and sense of ownership.
