We're looking for Senior System Designer.

Your responsibilities:

• taking ownership of one of the biggest pillars of the game, working with art teams and programmers to put it into effect,
• designing systems to achieve certain emotions and experiences,
• iterating balance of those systems,
• working with other designers to ensure coherent experience, both on system and narrative side,
• working closely with project leads to ensure that the systems support main themes of the game.

Requirements:

• at least one shipped title in the role of system designer (or similar),
• 3 years of professional experience in game development industry,
• strong system thinking skills,
• experience in working on spreadsheets,
• prototyping skills would be plus,
• strong communication skills and sense of ownership.
