Producer

We are seeking a full-time Producer to join Freiburg based VR studio working on gamified scientific project (UE4).

Responsibilities:

Building roadmaps for features, identyfying potential critical paths, and implementing creative solutions
Setting up scheudules, milestones, and budgets
Risk management
Recognising opportunities to improve our project or general workflows
Overlooking a team of talented programmers and artists based in Germany and India; making sure all teams are synced and meet the deadlines in place
Collaborating with external teams and vendors

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Producer in video games/VR industry
Outstanding project and people management skills
Strong problem solving and organisational skills
Passion for new technologies; experience in VR/AR projects is a plus
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Extraordinary communication skills, ability to motivate and discuss issues in a diplomatic manner
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Priority will be given to candidates fluent in German
