Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Head of mobile apps marketing team to join our studio in Krakow.

The ideal candidate will have a ton of experience with ROI-positive paid user acquisition using various channels like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ad networks. We also look for someone who combines creative, analytical and technical skills and has business approach to making games. It is also recommended having knowledge and understanding of ASO and monetization of free to play games with ads.

With two upcoming soon-to-be hit games the mobile gamedev studio is gathering multi-talented marketing team to plan and execute effective campaigns on mix of marketing channels. Our approach is to put players experience in the center and build games based on research and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage user acquisition marketing campaigns on a variety of mobile ad networks
• Build and execute a strategy in quick changing environment to drive results for ad networks activities at large scale
• Monitor gaming and mobile marketing industries, advocate most useful and effective technologies used in game analytics and marketing
• Prepare creative briefs for the graphic designers and video editors to make successful ads
• Support product teams shape the vision of their games based on self-made market research
• Work with Live Operations team to develop re-marketing strategies for older live games
• Mentor the team, set business and personal goals, report to senior management
• Represent OMG.STUDIO at industry events and meetings worldwide

About You

• Extensive experience of managing user acquisition campaigns
• Strong understanding of mobile app marketing
• Experience in team management
• Sharp analytical skills and metric-driven decision-making
• Extremely organized and attention to details
• Willingness to learn and improve with a keen interest in paid user acquisition, ASO and In-App advertising
• Experience with programmatic ads would be a plus
