We are a dynamically developing publishing house and a development team that creates and supports interesting projects for consoles and personal computers.
Due to continuous development, we are looking for people to join our Marketing and PR team.

Community and Player Support Specialist

If you're experienced in managing communities, Steam is not a mystery for you and you'd like to work in an awesome video games publishing company, then All in! Games is the best place for you!

MAIN QUESTS:

  • Manage community hub of our games (more than 16 titles)
  • Manage pages on Steam, PS Store, Nintendo Store, Microsoft Store
  • Writing posts and updates for community
  • Monitoring of competition activities
  • Work as player support and answer to players on discussions

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in the same position
  • Experience with Steam
  • Experience working with tickets (Zendesk)
  • Awesome English and Polish skills (be able to easily communicate and write in both)
  • Research skills
  • Decent knowledge of the video games market
  • Availability to work on shifts

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with PS Store
  • Experience with Microsoft Store
  • Experience with Nintendo Store
  • Experience in the game industry
  • Live and breathe games
