Marketing Director

MADFINGER is looking for a passionate and dynamic Director of Marketing to oversee the organization’s marketing and communication activities. Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing vision, strategies and communications activities. You lead and direct the efforts of the marketing team and coordinates at strategic and tactical level with the other teams in the organization. You are a digital-minded and data-driven marketer with deep understanding of the modern strategies and tactics required to achieve results in a highly competitive and rapidly changing marketplace. You are a strategist able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others, able to manage, lead and mentor staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset and leadership skills.

MISSION:

Develop and deliver successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution
Guide strategy, prioritization, and planning across all traditional and digital platforms
Identify and implement creative tactics to increase brand and product awareness
Responsible for marketing team leadership and performance
Establish marketing budgets and work within the assigned budget
Provide strong digital focus on all marketing campaigns (Social, ASO, Community, etc)
Build strategic relationships and co-marketing activities with key industry partners
Ensure perfect communication, coordination and collaboration with other teams
Measure and report performance of campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Create a data-driven, results-oriented culture where decisions are supported by data

PROFILE:

Enthusiasm for video games
Proven track record of success in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
Strong Marketing, Digital Marketing and Communication background
BS/MS degree in marketing or related field, minimum of 5 years experience
Strong leadership, decision-making and motivational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
