Responsibilities:

• Work closely with engineers and other departments around the organization to plan, implement, and deliver new games or features for our live games within time and budget.
• Oversee quality in different areas of development: game design, art, programming, QA.
• Build awareness and promote alignment of project goals, schedules, and milestones across the team.
• Identify and cost risks appropriately, and communicate all roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent developers from achieving established goals in the allotted time.
• Work with top management to determine resources necessary to see projects through to completion.
• Help make informed decisions on work methods, development pipeline, and available resources.
• Communicate frequently with the top management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Schedule and attend meetings; take concise and comprehensive notes and distribute them to appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate effectively with all production disciplines, particularly with programming / technical personnel
• Experience facilitating teams and delivering products on time
• Knowledge of IOS and Google Play
• Knowledge of the gaming market
• Knowledge of software development process and project management
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Able to facilitate and mediate between members of the development and support teams
• Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative; enthusiastic “can-do” attitude is a must
• Passion for mobile games
• Experience in SCRUM is a plus
• Experience in QA in the games industry is a plus
