Share your vision and develop together with us! If you are highly experienced game designer with focus on storytelling, eager to explore new terrain in game dev - we will be happy to have you working on our new project - Project #8.

In 11 bit studios you get the opportunity to develop fresh game concepts that can become global hits. Without a moment of boredom.

Your responsibilities:

• finding interesting ways to communicate with the player, also through the systems,
• creating memorable stories that supports main themes of the game,
• working with other designers to ensure coherent world on system, level and narrative side,
• owning the story bible for the project,
• providing mentoring and feedback for other members of design team.

Requirements:

• at least one shipped title in the role of game designer,
• at least 3 years of experience in similar position,
• strong insight into design fundamentals (systems, enviro storytelling, player agency ect.),
• ability to create interesting stories and transfer them to mechanics,
• strong communication skills and sense of ownership.
