Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing monthly reporting by external accountants of PCF Group’s subsidiaries in the UK, Canada and the US
• Preparing monthly and quarterly settlements between affiliated companies
• Daily contact with external accountants and lawyers
• Negotiating & executing agreements with outsource companies
• Overseeing schedules and deadlines of outsource companies
• Negotiating terms & conditions of EULAs with software suppliers
• Coordinating the process of annual external audit
• Preparing Transfer Pricing documentation
• Handling documentation and paperwork related to business development matters
• Reporting to the CEO

Qualifications:

• Master Degree in Finance
• At least 2 years of experience in Finance / Consulting department
• Analytical skills and controlling skills
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Good time-management skills
• Fluent English and Polish (both written and spoken)

Preferences to candidates with:

• Additional Master Degree in Law
