Project Manager - PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:
The PMO - Project Manager oversees the full project management life cycle for the implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic business initiatives. Additional responsibilities include:
• Implementing established policies and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives
• Supervising and leading different projects and working with project staff to oversee and ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team
• Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues to escalate when necessary
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Supervising implementation of new administration systems
• Supervising implementation of facility expansion plans and new office facilities
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within approved budgets
• Create detailed project plans and budgets for approvals
• Manage the relationships with the clients and all project stakeholders
• Create, maintain and share comprehensive project documentation and reports
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Requirements:
• Proven working experience in project management office
• Experience with international projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Required to Travel abroad
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
