We are PolyAmorous. We are driven by creativity and a burning passion for deep, epic stories. We have honed our skills during the production of Ryse, Witcher, Killzone, and many more AAA titles. Now, inspired by powerful literature and best among the interactive narrative games, we want to help tighten the bonds between art and entertainment.

Paradise Lost is an indie AAA emotion-driven adventure game featuring retro-futuristic, post-apocalyptic setting in Eastern Europe, set for PC/PS4/Xbox release in Q3 2020.

PRODUCER / ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

WARSAW, POLAND | Contractor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the development of the game project
• Keep track of key milestones, sprints and schedule tasks
• Communicate with all leads to plan and assign tasks effectively
• Lead daily, review, planning and retrospective meetings
• Communicate projects status’ to the team leads and head of studio
• Work with publisher’s marketing and release team and support them with data and workflows

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• Knowledge of game project management and development tools (hack’n’plan, jira, trello etc.)
• Experienced with at least one long-term development project with usage of project management methodologies
• Understanding of software development processes and software development life cycles
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learning and adaptability skills

PLUSES:

• Passion for video games
• Education in related fields (video game creation or management)
• Previous experience as a video game developer (QA, designer, etc.)
• Worked on at least one console game
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
