Tate Multimedia S.A. is a Poland-based international independent developer and game publisher.

Studio maintain close partnerships with major players in sector: Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo. Company is publishing games on all major platforms, and developing an exclusive titles. In the past Tate Multimedia developed license-based games for major publishers in Europe (Koch Media, Atari), but now team is focusing on developing their own brands.

Studio operates according to the “house of ideas” model on an everyday basis, which means no idea is off the table allowing developers to have the creative freedom to continually seek new, daring projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development of the game project
• Keep track of key milestones and schedule tasks
• Communicate with all stakeholders to plan and assign tasks effectively
• Lead daily/status meetings
• Communicate projects status’ to the head of studio
• Communicate with leads to effectively manage resources
• Work with marketing and release team and support them with data and workflows

Requirements:

• Knowledge of game project management and development tools (perforce, jira, trello or equivalent)
• Experienced with at least one long-term development project with usage of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools, resource management practices and performance management.
• Understanding of software development processes and software development life cycles
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in new areas and with new technologies
• Quick learning and adaptability skills
• Worked on at least one console game
