Lead Game Designer

If you are highly experienced game designer with an experience as a lead, eager to explore new terrain in game dev - we will be happy to have you on board. Your responsibilities:

• leading the team of designers, providing mentoring and feedback,
• guiding the team in creating game design for the project,
• reviewing gameplay, systems, story and level design,
• working on new game concepts,
• finding interesting ways to communicate with the player,
• working closely with other teams to ensure that design vision will be properly developed.

Requirements:

• at least 5 years of experience as a game designer in the game industry,
• professional experience in managing the team,
• at least one shipped title (AA/AAA) as a lead,
• deep insight into design fundamentals (high level design, system design, narrative design etc.),
• strong understanding of game production process and tools,
• creativity,
• leadership skills: communication skills, sense of ownership, excellent time management, problem-solving attitude,
• fluency in English.
