In Simteract we are working on premium indie simulator games and professional simulation systems (e.g. for the automotive industry). Our Traffic AI library is used for autonomous car training purposes and our real-time strategy game, called Neverdark, uses open data to create real, post-electric cities as levels for the gameplay.

Right now we are starting a new project in partnership with an international publisher. We are creating a train simulator and we don't want to compromise - it's going to be the best train simulator for casual and mid-core players in the world. We are focusing on one or two projects at once, not pursuing dozens of small, low budget, pseudo-simulation games.

We are searching for a talented Producer to join our team in Kraków.

Responsibilities:

• Project management in Scrum or Kanban
• Collaborate on defining the product vision and strategy
• Keeping the project within the established timeline and budget
• Handling the communication with all stakeholders (internet and external)
• Contribute ideas openly and regularly for improvements to our studio practices
• Helping with the recruitment

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (producer, product owner, team leader, Scrum Master, etc.)
• At least 1 premium PC/console game delivered to the market
• Understanding of the Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with a publisher
• Understanding the game market, trends, and paying attention to players' needs
• Great communication, leadership, and team skills
• At least communicative English
• Passion for games
