We are currently looking for an Account Specialist who will take care of our most important customers. If you are a person who cares about good customer relationships, can name all customer’s needs and prepare a product roadmap based on drawn conclusions and, in addition, you can meet the set deadlines - apply - we are looking for you :)

You will:

• Build and maintain customer relationships;
• Listen to customer’s expectations about the product’s future development and create a roadmap with a project team based on drawn conclusions;
• Supervise the production process to ensure your team meets set deadlines and quality required by the customer;
• Analyze product results and verify them in term of customer and product team’s expectations;
• Analyze customer’s market and create product recommendations for future development based on gained knowledge.

We want you to have:

• Experience in a similar position;
• Documentation of a long-term relationship with an external client;
• Knowledge of business culture and specificity of the Chinese market;
• Fluency in English;
• Fluency in Chinese.
