All in! Games is a publishing house and development team. We create and support unique games for PC and consoles, working on both Polish and international projects. Some of our cool titles are Ghostrunner (One More Level) and Tools Up! (The Knights of Unity). Remember the name—we are gonna be loud!

Join our Release team as a:
Release Manager
Salary: 4k - 8,5k gross
Together with Iwona and Aneta, our Release Managers, you’ll be preparing our games to be published on different platforms.
Your tasks will be to:
- work on a plan to test and confirm certification specifications during development to assure a fast and successful certification
- openly and precisely communicate issues as they arise, and develop plans of action with our partners
- diagnose possible risks in advance and help the team to find a successful resolution
- coordinate and lead the work with all teams (also remote ones) such as: Marketing, Test, Localization, Business Development and others
- provide regular status updates on the state of releases
Be sure that you:
- have worked in the video game industry and successfully shipped at least one game across devices that includes console and PC
- know how to perform the listed tasks well
- are able to organize your work even without your supervisor in the room
- can communicate with team members and know which dialogue option will not fail the quest
- have great organizational skills and can easily adapt to a changing environment
- have strong command of both English and Polish

- have knowledge of the Japanese language
