Business Relations Developer

All in! Games is a publishing house and development team. We create and support unique games for PC and consoles, working on both Polish and international projects. Some of our cool titles are Ghostrunner (One More Level) and Tools Up! (The Knights of Unity). Remember the name—we’re gonna be loud!

Join our Publishing team as a:

Business Relations Developer

You’ll be responsible for building relationships with representatives of the biggest game industry companies to help us grow our business.

Your tasks will be to:

• build relationships with representatives of Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, AMD, Nvidia, Steam, Epic, etc., especially at fairs and conferences
• commission advertising agencies for the internal marketing department
• prepare presentations (with the help of the marketing department) for the purposes of presenting our company to new partners
• negotiate deal terms, discuss, sign, and process contracts

Be sure that you:

• have at least 4-5 years of experience, preferably in the game industry (in any role connected with being a company representative - PR Manager, Marketing Manager etc.)
• are able to work independently and are not afraid of dealing with the big fish in the industry
• have strong command of English, both oral and written, to a professional standard
• have a passion for the games industry
• can work both in Poland and abroad (at least 2 days per week on site in our Krakow office, the rest may be remote)
