All in! Games is a publishing house and development team. We create and support unique games for PC and consoles, working on both Polish and international projects. Some of our cool titles are Ghostrunner (One More Level) and Tools Up! (The Knights of Unity). Remember the name—we’re gonna be loud!

Join our HR team as a:

Recruitment Specialist

Together with Paulina, Anna and Aleksander, you’ll be responsible for supporting the processes of building and developing unique teams that achieve ambitious business goals.

Your main task will be:

• recruiting the right people for the right positions using methods that are engaging and transparent for both candidates and hiring managers.

We want you to take the initiative in achieving this goal and to come up with ideas for procedures you'd like to implement in this position. During your job interview, we would be happy to discuss your plan.

Be sure that you:

• know what actions you want to take to achieve the above goal and have at least 3 years of experience that confirm your recruiting skills- are proactive and take responsibility for your actions
• have a strong command of both English and Polish
• are always working to improve your skills
• can easily communicate with everyone and know which dialogue option will not fail the quest
• work well under pressure and are capable of remaining focused despite rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines
