Game designer (Project Dolly)

Share your vision and develop our brand new project (Project Dolly) with us! If you are a creative and passionate game designer (or game designer wannabe!) eager to explore new terrain in game dev - we will be happy to have you on board.

Your responsibilities:

• co-creation of the game mechanics along with the lead designer,
• preparation of design documentation,
• gameplay systems balancing,
• coordination of work on implementation from the design side,
• taking care of efficient communication between the design and programming teams,
• conducting interviews with testers during focus tests.

Requirements:

• at least 2 years of commercial experience in quality assurance or game design,
• good ability to understand predefined game visions and its pillars as well as interactions between various game systems,
• good intuition for systemic and narrative solutions,
• strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
• strong documentation skills,
• passion for games,
• creativity,
• fluent Polish and English.
