Senior Producer - Mobile Games / Apps

We’re a startup based in Warsaw, Poland that is focused on creating a new generation of AI powered gaming and storytelling experiences - and we’re looking for a Senior Producer to join our team and help manage our first consumer app - for launch this Fall.

Job Responsibilities:

• You are the internal product owner of our first consumer mobile app - responsible to oversee production (design, art, programming, audio), technology, go to market, and live operations after launch

• Build and track the product roadmap including milestone plan, strategic objectives and priorities
  Overseeing quality in different areas of development: game design, art, programming including external contractors

• Report and represent the production status, progress, risk and mitigations to key internal stakeholders. Identify and communicate the risks effectively - and most importantly come up with solutions to the problems

• Communicate product vision and priorities in a compelling and clear way both internally and externally

• Serve as the 'voice of the customer', developing insights internally and externally, and conducting assessments of market trends

• Stay up- to- date on key competitor capabilities across both in game / app experience and technology

• Plan future technical and product requirements, capabilities, and features jointly with engineering, platform teams, and business teams

• Communicate frequently with the management and the company as a whole on project status, risks, and opportunities

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in games production with F2P experience with demonstrated track record of bringing products to market successfully

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and business units

• Ability to work in self- directed, fast- paced, results- oriented work environment

• Ability to organize a team’s workflow following a strict schedule

• Sharp creative and business sense with extraordinary communicative and interpersonal skills

• Ability to help design and implement efficient production pipelines across all aspects of development (design, development, art, audio, product features, etc.) for use during development and after release

• Understanding of NLP & Computer Vision and interest in how to incorporate those technologies into gaming and entertainment experiences. Experience with AR / VR a plus but not a requirement.

• Ability to work both in English on a daily basis (writing, speaking, managing, conveying ideas). Fluent Polish is a plus but not required.
