Senior Game Designer

Alright, Pilot! We have a mission for you! We are Kool2Play and we make meaningful and entertaining games. Our Uragun Team working on Aipocalyptic Mech vs AI shooter is looking for experienced and resourceful Senior Game Designer. Join us to be one of our crucial weapons in a battle for ultimate satisfaction of a top-down shooter fans!

What's your mission?

• Proactively defining and refining our game's Vision
• Draft and present game design documentation, wireframes and prototypes
• Design features from concept to completion
• Create and communicate an engaging gameplay experience and use your technical ability to bring your vision to life
• Collaborate with all team disciplines, including artists, programmers, QA specialists and producers to get support from the team and together create best game that fulfills our Vision
• Balance your design vision with input from your team to find practical solutions that achieve the intended player experience
• Being able to identify and resolve technical issues and bugs
• Improve designs based on playtest feedback, game metrics, team input and community feedback

What do we expect:

• At least 3 years of game design experience
• Curious mind that strives for excellence
• Resourceful and selfreliant attitude
• Open mind, kindeness and eagerness to work with other designers and team members
• Ability to present complex ideas and systems in a simple and cohesive way
• Great communication skills
• Ability to create detailed but clear documentation, understandable for your teammates
• Being comfortable with Unity, JIRA and online collaboration suites such as Confluence would be a plus
• We're looking for you if you're creative, innovative and self-motivated designer, who is able to shift between detail-oriented and big picture thinking depending on the problem
