Scripter / Designer

Anshar Studios is looking for a talented Scripter / Designer to join our team on-site* in Katowice, Poland.

*During COVID19 pandemic remote work available, no on-site presence required

Responsibilities:

• Scripting the functionality of game events and game logic
• Implementing game content and game logic based on provided design and tools
• Managing branched game flow and it's internal connections and dependencies
• Close cooperation with the narrative and systems design team

Requirements:

• Open, analytical mind and positive attitude
• Intermediate IT proficiency
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level)
• Patience and willingness to learn project-specific knowledge (militaria, political history, game flow logic)
• Leaning more towards a game designer than a scripter or a programmer

Pluses:

• Experience in Articy Draft or other dialogue tools
• Experience in Unity (or Unreal Engine 4)
• Proficiency with scripting languages
• Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent in programming or scripting experience
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
