Senior Producer

Techland is an independent developer, distributor, and global publisher of AAA games available on PC, Sony Playstation, as well as the Xbox family of devices including Xbox One. We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team.

Your daily tasks:

• cooperating with project teams to realize the vision,
• supervising project schedules and managing task backlogs,
• ensuring a positive and cooperative work environment,
• motivating team members, solving conflicts and stimulating new ideas,
• ensuring the flow of information within and between teams,
• coordinating work in accordance with pipelines and pipeline creation.

You meet our expectations if you have:

• experience working on a AAA project "from the concept to the box",
• ability to set ambitious goals and effectively realize them (and you are not afraid of the ROI analysis),
• ambition and motivation to have a direct impact on the final product,
• readiness to initiate change, introduce improvements, and optimize processes.
