ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for HR Generalist for Flying Wild Hog – Kraków. If you are an experienced and self-motivated team player who wants to help us create a Hog’s culture, manage core HR activities like recruit new Hogs and work with leaders at varying levels of the organisation then send your CV and join us!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting recruiting processes
Working closely with leads to define recruiting strategies and plans
Managing end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
Leading and/or actively participating in HR projects
Taking on various HR roles in order to support the employees (as a recruiter, coach, mediator or business partner)
Supporting employees on a daily basis

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 4 years of experience in HR field
University degree is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think independently, out of the box and proactively solve problems
Very good practical knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
Fluency in Polish&English, both written and spoken
