Hi there! We’re Playsoft, a mobile game studio of 50 passionate talents based in Gdansk, Poland.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Android Developer to create a unique app entirely from scratch. An independent professional to ensure a high quality and best design ideas to the product of its own creation.

You can join our office in Gdańsk or work fully remotely from anywhere in the world.

Character’s mission:

• Plan and implement app functionalities translating design ideas, concepts and requirements into a - functional and engaging app
• Ensure the quality of a finished product
• Make bug-free functionalities that make the app stable and responsive
• Translate properly design requirements into features
• Build up the collective knowledge through the improvement of those processes
• Follow best practices on Android development like maintaining code quality, refactoring, optimization, smart and wise usage of external libraries, etc.

Character’s skills:

• Accountable
• Open to feedback
• Proactive - extra mile
• Knows how to manage client
• Knows how to work alone
• Experienced with extensive usage of database in Android application(or by Sqlite + Loaders or by Room + LiveData) will be a huge plus
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience in integrating firebase products (Analytics, RemoteConfig, Messaging)
