Game / Compliance QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Drive product testing on daily basis: report and document new defects, evaluate fixes, assist developers
• Create test plans, test cases and improves test execution processes
• Ensure that titles are compliant with platform certification requirements
• Manage functional and non-functional testing through the whole development cycle
• Support titles during the certification process
• Review visual features
• Handle communication related to test runs status
• Suggest risks mitigation plans
• Follow existing practices within team and suggest new ones

Requirements:

• Passion for video games
• Good spoken and written English
• 2+ year experience of testing PC and Console (Play Station, Xbox) games, successfully delivered projects
• Experience in Compliance testing and Certification
• Good knowledge and strict following game developing processes
• Full understanding of the game’s design and how all the inter-dependencies work together
• Excellent understanding of software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes and procedures
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in distributed team
• Solid experience with tracking and version control systems (JIRA, Perforce)
