VFX Artist

We are looking for an experienced* VFX Artist who will create stunning effects and immersive visuals for our high-end mobile games. This means you can unlock your inner mage and design explosions, spells and other effects (like fire, smoke, electricity, skill effects etc.)

*Experienced does not mean you are bound to have commercial industry experience. We will consider candidates without one, provided that their portfolio is of a very high standard.

Your impact:

• You will create real time effects and systems that both mimic real-life phenomena and capture the imagination through fantastic visuals.
• You will design a variety of effects, from environmental ones to character special abilities and cinematic VFX.
• You will collaborate effectively with other team disciplines (code, design, environment art, animation).
• You will create materials that are based on custom created shaders and textures.
• You will optimize created effects for performance and memory.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Experience with creating consistently brilliant, eye catching real time VFX
  
• Proficiency with 3D graphics, particle systems, texturing, etc.
• Expertise in real time VFX - 2+ years as a professional rVFX artist or related experience
• Be aware of current and cutting-edge technology for 3d art production trends and processes, tools and techniques: 3D modeling, textures, materials/shaders, lighting, etc.
• Eagerness & technical ability to grasp new skills, platforms quickly
