Associate Producer

Anshar Studios is looking for a talented Associate Producer to join our team in Katowice*, Poland.

*During COVID19 pandemic remote work available, no on-site presence required

Responsibilities:

• Project management in SCRUM or KANBAN system (facilitating the entire process) – depending on the project
• Working directly with a Producer and the team to help deliver the games on time and on budget
• Supporting 1-2 projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Good understanding of the video game development process
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level)
• Perfect communication skills

Pluses:

• Minimum 2 years of game industry experience in any position
• A passion for video games
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
• Education in related fields (video game creation or management)
