Flying Wild Hog Krakow is currently working on an independent project which is a multiplayer action RPG set in a sci-fi universe.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

As an Associate Creative Director you will be the right hand person to the Game Director and help to lead the design team at the Krakow Studio. You will be in the middle of every action happening in the projects! Planning, observing the progress, resolving problems, gathering and passing relevant information will be your daily routine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designing and managing various game systems through the full cycle of production from conception to finalization
Understanding high-level game concepts and translating them into detailed designs
Balancing and adjusting gameplay experiences to ensure the critical and commercial success of the product
Collaborating with the Creative, Art, and Gameplay Programming teams
Collaborating with our publishing partner
Being able to identify and resolve technical issues and bugs
Sharing their knowledge and mentoring other Designers
Working with the Tool and Engine teams in order to improve the game design workflow

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 6 years of experience in game design and at least 2 shipped titles
Enthusiasm and desire to work in the game development industry
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
Ability to manage their time and work within deadlines
Ability to write clear and concise documentation
Good technical and math skills are a plus
Relevant design experience in the genre or platform (Action RPG/F2P/Live Service)
