Senior Live Ops Manager

We are looking for experienced Senior LiveOps Manager who will take charge of live operations in our biggest release – The Wolf. You will work closely with lead producer, community manager and designers. Apart from having a team player soul you are super organized and feel comfortably when communicating with people on all levels within organization.

Your quest:

• You will monitor release of every update to ensure that everything runs smoothly and watch out for any problems that might occur. You will schedule game events and properly react to feedback from our userbase.
• You will create and revamp in-game promotions and events. That requires designing strategy and intensive testing of different events & promotions variants and hypotheses. We want to know how we can improve retention, monetization and player engagement.
• You will use your jedi skills and read minds of our players. To do your job right you need to know our community and understand player base. Only armed with this knowledge you will be able to give your insight and plan better for the future.
• You will take responsibility for our Live Ops process. We expect you to figure out how to standardize it to be as smooth as possible. So everything from concept and design through configuration and testing to execution.
• You will collaborate with team members from various departments – producers, designers, analytics, community managers and customer support. So you really need to have those people skills to get along and get the job done.
• You will be working closely with lead producer which happen to be one of our owners. Expect to prepare some reports from time to time.

Player profile:

• At least 1 year of experience as product owner/live ops specialist in commercially successful mobile F2P title. Otherwise 2-3 years of experience as product owner/live ops in game industry.
• Strategic thinking and planning. You will be creating entire process and plan events for the few months ahead.
• Mobile games enthusiast – we don’t expect you to be hardcore mobile player, but you have to enjoy mobiles and play F2P titles.
• You need to understand how design in F2P titles works.
• Ability to present your ideas in easy to grasp way
• Fluent English
