QA Tester

Job Description

Meta Immersive Synthetics is looking for a QA Tester to come join our teams in Stockholm or Warsaw in creating technologies for the ultimate in high fidelity flight simulation. We strive to push the boundaries of what's possible in simulation and you will work closely together with our artists, programmers and domain experts (e.g. fighter pilots) in doing so.

Responsibilities include

• Everyday testing and verifying new functionality
• Supporting and collaborating with programmers and artists during every step of AAA production
• Testing the performance and stability of the game
• Creating and maintaining test cases
• Producing detailed bug reports

Skills and Requirements

• A high sense of self-motivation and initiative
• Be proactive and driven, able to work independently
• Ability to think analytically and work systematically
• Knowledge of testing methodology
• Good English language and communication skills

Pluses/Nice to have

• Avid & passionate gamer
• Basic Unreal Engine Editor skills for QA purposes
• Passion for anything aerospace related
• Good understanding of aircraft and their operation (for instance from spending time with simulators, actual flying, or similar)
• Ability to support research efforts (e.g. reading up on how specific simulated systems are supposed to work)
• A love for military themed games and simulations
• Experience from the video game industry
• Experience working with international teams
• Additional language skills (e.g. Swedish, Polish, German)
